Mr. Albert Jerome Olsem, 65, of Grenada, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, October 8, 2026. Albert was born July 14, 1961, in Slayton, Minnesota, to Jerome Andrew Olsem and LaVerna Mary Kirchner Olsem. He earned a degree in mechanical drafting from Granite Falls VTI and went on to enjoy a remarkable career of more than 42 years with Heatcraft/Modine in Grenada.

Albert truly possessed a mechanical mind and was always interested in understanding how things worked. Gifted with his hands, he enjoyed building and working on projects in his spare time. When he was not creating or repairing something, he could often be found boating or fishing.

Above all, Albert treasured the time he spent with his grandchildren. The moments they shared brought him great happiness and will remain precious memories for his family.  Albert attended St. Peter Catholic Church in Grenada. He will be remembered for his curious mind, skilled hands, devoted work ethic and deep love for his family.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
