Mrs. Alvia Joy Calder Robinson Walton, 73, of Tillatoba, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the Baptist Hospital in Oxford.  She was born May 17, 1951 in Charleston, MS to J.T. and Bertha Steadman Calder.

She was employed by Dollar General, where she worked as a Supervisor.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 24, 2024 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Services in Grenada with Rev. Shelly Scallions officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at McKibben and Guinn.

Interment will follow immediately after the service at the Union Cemetery in Tillatoba, MS.

She is survived by her husband, Ezra Walton; son, Danny Dean Robinson (Sara) of Vicksburg; sisters, Violet Coaten (David) of Oakland, MS and Paulette Paumen (Craig) of Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Larry Michael Robinson, brothers, Wade Calder and Howard Calder.
