Mrs. Amber Lynn Stone, 45, of Ackerman, passed away Friday, January 16, 2026 in Ackerman.  She was born July 11, 1980 in Memphis, TN to Wayne and Debra Higginbotham Smith.  Amber worked in medical billing and coding and enjoyed shopping in her spare time.

Memorial service plans will be announced at a later date.

Survivors include her husband, Randall Stone; sister, Jennifer Gregg; brothers, Chadwick Smith, Anthony Franklin and Rodney Smith and several nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to LeBonheur Children's Hospital.
