Mrs. Arma Glyn Caffey Martin, 91, of Grenada, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 in Grenada.  She was born December 10, 1931 in Montgomery County to Malcom and Jodie Dunlap Caffey.  Mrs. Martin was a Kindergarten Teacher for many years and was blessed with the gift of relating to children and helping them to flourish.  A devoted homemaker, she was a skilled seamstress, made many quilts through the years and will long be remembered for the exquisite feasts that she prepared for her family.  Arma Glyn's faith was paramount to her and was evidenced in her daily life as she was a model pastor's wife, having worked alongside her husband during his very fruitful and effective ministry.  She was a member of First Baptist Church – Grenada.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 22, 2023 at the Red Hill Cemetery near Duck Hill.

Survivors include her daughter, Camille Chapman of Ridgeland; son, Tony Martin of Counce, TN; sister, Ivy Marter of Grenada; six grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rev. William Everette Martin; two sons, Larry Everette Martin and Glenn Allen Martin and seven siblings.
