Ms. Belinda Doreen Whatley, 45, of Grenada, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at her residence.  She was born February 10, 1976 in Greenwood to James and Wanda Cresswell Whatley.  She had worked for a number of years as a waitress and was a loving mother to her children.

A graveside service will be held at the Old Union Cemetery in Carroll County at Noon on Saturday, April 24, 2021.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Friday evening at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include two daughters, Bailey Nicole Eldreth of Grenada and Christy Nail of Grenada; mother, Wanda Whatley of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Sandra Lynn Carroll of Grenada and Teresa Cottrell of Hindsville, GA; and three brothers, James H. Whatley of Grenada, David Whatley of Grenada and Louis Carroll of Slidell, LA.

She was preceded in death by her father; three children, Marshall Dale Goss, Jr., Tyler Rosamond and Raine Whatley and a brother, Raymond Whatley.

Pallbearers will be Buddy Ayers, Jonathan Harris, Trey Hernandez, Jacob Higginbotham, Timothy Mims and Aaron Windham.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Harley Whatley and James Austin Whatley.
