Obituary
Mrs. Betty Ligon Williams, 89, of Grenada, passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 in Grenada. She was born October 10, 1926 in Slate Springs to Granville and Lena Spencer Ligon. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Grenada and had worked as a secretary in the family automobile dealership for many years.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Providence Cemetery near Gore Springs with Bro. Ken Salley officiating.
Survivors include her son, Gaines Williams and his wife, Elaine of Grenada; one granddaughter, Gaylane Blair and her husband, David, Jr. of Grenada and a great-grandson, Connor Blair of Grenada.
