Bettye McCalop Lott, 75, of Grenada, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 at Providence Assisted Living. She was born January 17, 1944 in Grenada to Curtis Lewis and Willie Mae Perry McCalop. A retired educator, Bettye enjoyed 38 years in the classroom.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Thursday, November 14, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park. Family and friends will gather from 12:30 PM until service time Thursday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include a daughter, Laura Lott Whittemore(Scott) of Grenada; two sons, Michael Lott(Gwen) of Holcomb and Steven Lott of Holcomb; seven grandchildren, Savannah Elisabeth Whittemore, Andrew Lee Whittemore, Justin Clyde Lott, Lacey King Holt(Mason), Laura King Grubb(Kyle), Cassie Danielle Lott and Mitchell Lott; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
