Mrs. Beverly Biddy Dyre, 69, of Madison, a Grenada native, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at her residence. She was born August 21, 1946 in Grenada to John Preston "Buddy" Biddy and Vivian Thompson Biddy. She was a graduate of The University of Mississippi where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She was a member of First Baptist Church – Jackson. She was an accomplished artist and had spent many years working as a legal secretary in her husband's law practice.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Arnold Douglas Dyre; one sister, Rita Biddy Hankins of Ripley and a nephew, Blake Hankins of Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Buddy and Vivian Biddy.
