Mrs. Beverly Stevens Blackwood Jones, 76, of Grenada, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025 at the Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville.  She was born March 7, 1949 in Batesville to Frank Scott Blackwood and Inez Simpson Blackwood.  Beverly was a graduate of Northwest Mississippi Community College where she met her husband of 54 years, James W. "Bill" Jones.  Beverly worked for a number of years at Kellwood and later enjoyed being a devoted homemaker and stay-at-home Mom.  In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting and Jigsaw puzzles.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Grenada Memorial Garden.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, James W. "Bill" Jones; two sons, W. Scott Jones of Seattle, WA and David A. Jones of Hattiesburg MS; brother Frank Scott Blackwood, Jr. of Missouri; Niece, Dana Welch of Missouri; Brother and Sister-in-law Bobby and Gail Jones of Water Valley MS.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her father and Mother-in-law, William L. and Aline Jones.
