Mr. Billy Wade McNeer, Jr of Oxford, MS passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022 at his residence. He was born November 9, 1947 in North Carrollton, MS to Billy Wade, Sr. and Ruth Brownlow McNeer.  Billy retired from Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks.

Survivors include two daughters, Melanie Harmon (Dennis) of Brandon, MS, Melissa Tollison (Randy Gammel) of Oxford, MS; two sisters Pam Bowers and Judy Miller; one brother Jerry McNeer; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Warren Lee McNeer.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
