Mr. Billy Eugene Vance, 80, of Grenada, passed away Friday, August 7, 2020 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.  He was born April 13, 1940 in Carroll County to Ernest Adrian and Alida May Vance.  Billy had retired from Koppers in Grenada with over 40 years of service and was an active member of Central Baptist Church.  Billy was a devoted Christian and loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at the Woodlawn Memorial Park with Bro. Bill Lee officiating.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Donnie Spruill Vance; one daughter, Kathy Cummins(Eddie) of Grenada; one son, Toby Vance(Veronica) of Ashburn, VA; one brother, E.B. Vance(Ledar) of Grenada; five grandchildren, Stephanie Garcia, Trey McKelroy, Hannah Vance, Carley Vance and Nikki Vance; seven great-grandchildren, Bryan, Bryce, Kayden, Charlee Grace, Charlee, John and Liam.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Sissie Felker, Vivian Smith, Betty Jane Smith and Sybil Heath; three brothers, Junior Vance, Glyn Vance and Jack Vance; and a great-grandchild, Brett Barrow.
