Mr. Bobby Hugh "Bob" Denley, 85, of Grenada, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada.  He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Charlene; a daughter, Kim Hill (Woody); two sons, Greg Denley(Amy) and Derek Denley; nine grandchildren, Lauren, Garrett, Devin, Dani, Jesse, Damien, Gunner, Carley and Sam; and seven great-grandchildren, Beau, Devan, Madi, Wyatt, Payton, Kemp, Lawson and Chayenne.  He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Sybil Thompson and Wilford and Sue Denley.

Bob retired from the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and from his convenience store, A&P Quick Stop.  He was a Little League Baseball Coach in years past, an avid bird and coon hunter, a fan of Kirk basketball, the Atlanta Braves, Ole Miss football and a US Army Veteran.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a visitation to honor him will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.  Rev. Howard Beam, pastor of Hebron Baptist Church where Bob was a member, will offer a eulogy at the conclusion of visitation.
