IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bob
Hood
October 18, 1979 – November 4, 2018
Mr. Robert Wayne "Bob" Hood, 39, of Grenada, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at his residence. He was born October 18, 1979 in Grenada. Bob was a graduate of Kirk Academy and attended Holmes Community College and Mississippi State University. Bob worked with Sherwin Williams for 17 years and was manager of Sherwin Williams in Winona. He loved his job and the friends he had made through his work. His motto was "If life isn't going good for you – just paint a room." One of Bob's greatest challenges in life was his fight with Melanoma. He endured many treatments and traveled many miles to fight this cancer. Bob was a great family man and leaves two sons whom he loved dearly to carry on his legacy. He loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his family. Bob enjoyed working as a guide with Grenada Lake Charters and thoroughly enjoyed his time on the water whether he was catching a fish or watching others do the same.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 9, 2018 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Bro. Ken Salley officiating.
