Mr. Bobby Lynn Simmons, 56, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada. He was born November 5, 1960 in Grenada to Russell and Agnes Simmons. He had worked for many years at Heatcraft in Grenada and was a member of Bradford Chapel Baptist Church. He was a loving father and enjoyed being involved in Boy Scouts and serving as a Little League Baseball coach on his son, Jordan's teams through the years.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. Barry Worrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Simmons Family Plot in the Bethel Cemetery in Calhoun County. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include his son, Jordan Russell Simmons; wife, Shelby Simmons; mother, Agnes Simmons; two brothers, Rusty and Richard Simmons; a step-son, Joey Simmons and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Jimmy and Barry Simmons.
