Mr. Jimmie Bradford "Brad" Pinnix, 64, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at his residence. He was born June 14, 1954 in Grenada to Jimmie and Francine Reed Pinnix. Brad worked as an Environmental Officer at the Camp McCain Training Facility and had previously worked at International Paper where he retired with over 25 years of service. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Dr. Kevin Jackson and Rev. Doran Henry officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Calhoun County. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Monday evening and one hour prior to the service Tuesday all at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include his wife, Lynda Pinnix; four daughters, Jill Pinnix of Olive Branch, Lana Pinnix Cooper of Olive Branch, Vicky Blaylock(James) of Grenada and Rebecca Ulrich(Bruce) of Brandon; one son, John Daniel Gillon(Katie) of Columbus; his father, Jimmie Pinnix of Grenada; one sister, Beth Mitchell(Keith) of Grenada; one brother, Barry Pinnix(Leah) of Byram; and eight grandchildren, Reed Tyner, Bailey Cooper, Cooper Bailey, Bella Cooper, Will Blaylock, Alan Ulrich, Anne Marie Ulrich and Alexander Ulrich.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Francine Reed Pinnix.
