IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brandi Morrow
Fortner
February 26, 1987 – March 10, 2020
Mrs. Brandi Morrow Fortner, 33, of Charleston, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Brandi was born February 26, 1987, in Grenada to Jimmy and Gail Busby Morrow. Brandi was a graduate of the Holmes Community College School of Nursing and worked as an RN since completing her degree, most recently as an employee of Diversicare in Batesville. Brandi enjoyed spending time with family and friends, hunting with her husband, and playing with their dogs. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother, whose caring spirit will live on in the hearts of the many people who knew and loved her. Brandi's love for her Lord was evident as she and her family enjoyed attending both First Baptist Church – Sumner and Red Hill Church of Christ. Brandi's legacy will continue on for many years to come, as she gave multiple people a second chance at life by choosing to be an organ donor. While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate her life in knowing we will see her again one day.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at First Baptist Church - Sumner with Rev. Shane Hoes and Bro. Ken Salley officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery near Duck Hill at 4:30 PM Tuesday evening. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday evening at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at First Baptist Church – Sumner.
