Mrs. Carolyn B. Kilgore, 76, of Holcomb, passed away Friday, June 7, 2019 at her daughter's residence in Memphis, TN. She was born December 12, 1942. Carolyn attended Holcomb Baptist Church and worked alongside her husband for many years in the family business, Kilgore Trucking. She also had retired as a Grenada County Election Commissioner and drove the Kirk Academy school bus from Holcomb for a number years.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. Kevin Tribble officiating. Interment will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery near Pope. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Monday evening and one hour prior to the service Tuesday all at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her daughter, Tonya Ashworth(Daniel, Jr.) of Memphis and one granddaughter, Nyssa Ashworth of Memphis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Odie Bryant and Alvie Sanders Baker and her husband, Bubba Kilgore.
