Cas Edgar Heath, Jr., 80, of Grenada, MS died on October 8, 2018 at his home in Grenada, MS. He was born in Grenada on November 12, 1937 to Cas Heath, Sr. and Bessie Finney Heath. Cas attended Grenada Public Schools, earned his Eagle Scout badge and graduated from Grenada High School in 1955. After one year at Ole Miss, he enlisted in the Marine Corps and served two years in Japan. He then returned to the University of Mississippi and completed his education. He was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity.

On June 6, 1962, Cas married his best friend, Wanda Lewis Heath. They enjoyed 56 years of sharing their interests and the love of family and friends. Cas enjoyed all outdoor sports, especially duck hunting and the comradery of his fellow members of Teoc Timber Company Hunting Club. He retired from Regions Bank in 1995.

Cas is survived by his wife; son, Dr. Cas Heath, III and his wife Cassie; grandsons, Ryder, Cash and Cruz Heath; sister-in-law, Jackie Waldrop; nephews, Jeff, Art, Dan and Jon Waldrop; and his beloved Finney cousins.

At the request of the deceased, no memorial service will be held following cremation. Following his wife's death, their ashes will be combined and scattered at designated locations.

Cas and Wanda are charter members of Grace Baptist Church in Grenada and it is suggested that any memorials may be made to the church at P.O. Box 1297, Grenada, MS 38902-1297, or to a charity of your choice.
