IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Claudine
Beck
June 4, 1931 – August 29, 2022
Claudine Lott Beck, 91, of Grenada, was called to her Heavenly home on Monday, August 29, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born June 4, 1931 in Carroll County to the late Clarence Lott and Annie Bell Nail Moore. Claudine was employed at Pennaco Hosiery in Grenada for 35 plus years before her retirement. She was a member of Airport Baptist Church.
Claudine enjoyed traveling, especially with the senior adults at Emmanuel Baptist Church and First United Methodist Church. She loved watching the Grenada High School band and on most Monday and Friday nights you could find her at home watching wrestling. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and she leaves them with many memories of baking pies, cakes and biscuits, sitting outside watching redbirds, and her love for red lipstick. She was also proud to be a two-time breast cancer survivor. Most of all she will be remembered for her servant's heart and her love for Jesus.
Claudine was preceded in death by her parents; an older sister, Motell Little Todd; younger brother, W.L. Lott and her husband, James Avent Beck. She is survived by her daughters, Debra Kay Williams, Shelly Harrell(Randy) and Tracy Beck Aldridge(Danny); and son, Randy Chrestman(Sherry). She had seven grandchildren: Timmy, Kathi, Joey, Haley, Hunter, Tanner and Alissa; nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 2, 2022 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. Truman Scarborough, Rev. Harvey Vance and Bro. Tanner Aldridge officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday evening and one hour prior to the service Friday all at McKibben and Guinn.
Pallbearers will be Timothy Chrestman, Joey Chrestman, Hunter Harrell, Tanner Aldridge, Andrew Moak and Michael Wilson.
The family would like to say a special thanks to Accent Hospice Care, Dr. Joseph Roberts, Dr. Donna DiPaolo, Shelby and Adam from Sunflower Home Health and two special ladies, Emma Mister and Liz Blanch, who took exceptional care of Mother during her final days.
