Mr. Colton Glen Perry, 22, of Grenada, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 in Grenada County.  He was born October 13, 1998 in Grenada to William Glen and Kristen Melton Perry.  Colton was a graduate of Grenada High School and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.  He enjoyed his work as a pipeliner and was an avid outdoorsman.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, September 27, 2021 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Rev. Kevin Tribble officiating.  Interment will follow in the Grenada Memorial Garden.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 5:00 PM Sunday afternoon and one hour prior to the service Monday all at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include his mother, Kristen Melton Perry of Grenada; father, William Glen Perry of Holcomb; sister, Devin Perry Blackwelder(Dusty) of Grenada; brother, Landon Perry of Grenada; grandfather, Donald Melton of Gulfport and great-grandmother, Mildred Melton of Grenada.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Linda Ralston Melton and his paternal grandparents, James Monroe and Patsy Ruth Bennett Perry.

Pallbearers will be Josh White, Cade Billingsley, Calop Brown, Tristan Anthony, Taylor DeLoach and John Steele Murphey.  Honorary pallbearers will be Dallas Dauwer, Zachary Dauwer, Dusty Hayward, Trevor Cassidy, Davis Brown and Russ Owen.
