Mr. Robert Criss Taylor, 73, of Coffeeville, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada.  He was born December 17, 1947 in Grenada to David Spencer, Sr. and Martha Irma Bonner Taylor.  Criss retired after working many years at Modine in Grenada and was a member of Leflore Baptist Church.  An outdoorsman, Criss loved to hunt and fish anytime he was given the opportunity.

Funeral services will be held at 4:30 PM Friday, July 30, 2021 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. Kevin Tribble officiating.  Interment will follow in the Grenada Memorial Garden.  Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service Friday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include two sisters, Barbara Kendall and Emily Kelly, both of Grenada; three grandchildren, Randy Calder, Chad Sims and Harlie Calder; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Lt. Col. David S. Taylor, Jr., John Julius Taylor, James Louis Taylor and Eugene Coats Taylor and three sisters, Martha Elizabeth Taylor Tedford, Betty Geneva Taylor Jackson and Annice Beverly Taylor Burnett.
