Miss Dallie Monique Davis, 38, of Hernando, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Desoto in Southaven. Dallie was born February 4, 1980 in Greenwood to the late Gaye Monique Garrett and Dennis Aaron Davis. She graduated as Valedictorian from Maranatha Christian Academy and attended Holmes Community College in Grenada receiving an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences.
She was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Jim Eli Garrett, Jr. and uncle, Jim Eli Garrett, III.
Survivors include her brother, Andrew Garrett Jenkins of Scobey; sister, Ashley Davis Novak of Virginia; grandmother, Dallygene Bailey Reeves of Owensboro, KY; great-grandmother, Martha Goodson Clark of Owensboro, KY; aunt, Mignon Clark Backstrom of Owensboro, KY; cousin, Jackson Eli Garrett of Memphis, TN and a special friend and companion, Larry Brian Long of Memphis, TN.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Saturday, December 15, 2018 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. Graveside services will immediately follow visitation at the Holcomb Cemetery led by Rev. Kevin Tribble.
