Mr. Daniel Lee Harbin, 63, of Olive Branch, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at his residence.  He was born August 8, 1958 in Grenada to Ralph Garvin and Katherine Trussell Harbin.  A graduate of Grenada High School, he enjoyed fishing as well as candle and soap making.  He had worked in Customer Service at D&D Packaging in Olive Branch for several years.  He will be fondly remembered for his love and careful attention to his cats.

A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 20, 2021 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Rev. Sherman Barnette officiating.  Interment will follow in the Harbin family plot in the Providence Cemetery near Gore Springs.  Family and friends will gather from 12:00 noon until service time Monday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Lewis Harbin of Olive Branch; two sons, Matthew Williams(Christina) of Arlington, TN and Rickey Starnes(Raegon) of Biloxi, MS; two sisters, Diane Scallions(Charles) of Gore Springs and Rebecca "Becky" Smith(Eugene) of Cascilla; four grandchildren, Brighton Williams, Levi Williams, Gage Billings and Haley Billings; a niece, Lauren Loerker(Eric); one nephew, Wesley Scallions; one great-niece, Emery Loerker and a great-nephew, Slade Loerker.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be Eric Loerker, Randy McCormick, Chuck Scallions, Wesley Scallions, Rickey Starnes and Matthew Williams.
