Mr. Daryl Craig Pryor, Sr., 50, of Grenada, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi in Oxford.  He was born May 24, 1973 in Grenada to Norval Douglas Chapuis, Jr. and Dorothy Lee Pryor.  Daryl owned and operated Pryor Construction for over 20 years and was very gifted in his trade.  Daryl possessed a strong work ethic and when he wasn't on the job he could be found gardening or tending to his animals.  He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworking.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Sweet Home Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Letina Skinner Pryor; son, Daryl Craig Pryor, Jr. of Grenada; mother, Dorothy Pryor of Grenada; sister, Emma Jean Hicks(Melvin) of Greenwood and three brothers, Ben Pryor of Sacramento, CA, Jerry Pryor of Jackson and Charles Pryor of Grenada.

He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Denise Pryor Lee.
