Mrs. Deborah Kay Fitzgerald, 57, of Grenada, passed away Monday, March 23, 2020 at her residence.  She was born May 23, 1962 in Grenada to John Oliver and Irene Laura Hawk Smith.  She had worked for many years as an Emergency Medical Technician and was a devoted mother and grandmother.  She will also be remembered for her love for animals.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Grenada Memorial Garden with Rev. Ron Sessum officiating.

Survivors include her husband, Mack Fitzgerald; two daughters, Tara Rutledge (Martin) of Duck Hill and Lisa Marbury (Jeremy) of Pearl; one son, Elvis Ashford Englehardt, Jr. (Celeste) of Grenada; two sisters, Patricia Burns of Grenada and Cindy Sultan (Steve) of Duck Hill; two brothers, Robert Smith of Vicksburg and Timothy Smith (Jenny) of Missouri; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jack and Johnny Smith.
