Ms. Debra Ann Counts Pryor, 61, of Grenada, passed away Monday, September 2, 2019 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Jackson. She was born March 2, 1958 to Howard Lee and Sue Hood Counts. She had worked for many years as a bank teller and most recently alongside her son as Office Manager at Pryor Auto Company.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Saturday, September 7, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. Immediately following visitation, a service will be held in the funeral home chapel. Private burial will follow at the Sparta Cemetery near Holcomb with Rev. Jimmy Hood officiating.

Survivors include her son, Stephen Pryor of Grenada; one brother, Lee Counts of Holcomb; two granddaughters, Laila and Summer Pryor; aunt, Mildred Holman of Leflore County; brother-in-law, Jim Pryor and his wife, Marcia of Horn Lake; and three nephews, Ash Counts, Conor Pryor and Tyler Womble; and three nieces, Jessie Grace, Blair Counts and Alexus Spearman.

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Lee Counts; mother, Sue Hood Counts Schoolfield; brother, Jeff Counts; and a sister, Donna Counts.
