Delorese Davis Pickle, 88, of Duck Hill, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada. She was born March 18, 1931 in Grenada to Floyd and Myrtle Scarbrough Davis. An accomplished artist, she enjoyed sharing her skill of painting with her family and friends. Delorese never met a stranger and will be remembered for her love of cooking and the beautiful flowers she grew in her yard. She was especially fond of her friends and neighbors in Duck Hill who she lovingly thought of as family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 16, 2019 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. James McElroy officiating. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service Saturday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include three daughters, Dianne Bell of Duck Hill, Sue Lyles of Alabama, Ellen Jackson of Grenada; one sister, Glenda Wilson of Texas; two brothers, Jewel Davis(Margaret) of Memphis, TN and Carl Davis, Sr. of Texas; five grandchildren, Tyler Jackson, Brian Harrison, Michael Harrison, Scotty Lyles and Jeremy Reedy; two great-grandchildren, Bentley Jackson and Christopher Ryan Jackson; and three adopted daughters, Cassandra Kennedy, Tammy Winters and Nikkie Mitchell of Grenada.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norris O. Reedy; a son, David Reedy and a brother, Joe Haile Davis.
