It is with heavy hearts the family of Deviben Patel announces her peaceful passing on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 with her family by her side.  Mrs. Patel was born March 27, 1933 in India to Jivanbhai and Dahiben Patel.  She was a faithful and devoted Hindu woman and will long be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed gardening and reading in her spare time.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 24, 2023 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada.  Family and friends will gather from 12:30 PM until service time Friday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include three sons, Babubhai Patel of Austin, TX, Bharat Patel of Grenada and Mahesh Patel of Leander, TX; two brothers, Bhagubhai Patel and Bhanabhai Patel, both of India; 13 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dahyabhai Patel; daughter, Madhuben Patel; son, Manilal Patel and a sister, Jamnaben Patel.
