Mr. Donnie Lee Woods, 74, of Grenada, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.  He was born March 6, 1951 in Texas to Buster Pearl and Floretta Mae Rogers Woods.  Donnie honorably served our country in the US Army for over 20 years retiring as a Sergeant First Class.  Following his retirement, he worked for a number of years as a security guard and later in prison security.  One of Donnie's favorite pastimes was fishing.

Memorial service plans are private.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry Don Woods and Stephen Daniel Woods; sister, Linda McCluskey of Grenada; twin brother, Ronnie Lee Woods of Oklahoma and brother, Alvin Woods of Grenada.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Steven, Eddie and Gary Woods.
