Mr. Donald Martin "Donny" Ledford, 66, of Grenada, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi in Oxford.  He was born August 2, 1957 in Grenada to Daniel Henry and Shirley Durham Ledford.  Donny had worked as an electrician for over 40 years and loved to work on and fix anything electronic.  He also enjoyed searching for and collecting arrowheads and any type of unusual rocks.  Donny was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing when he had the time.  He also was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed playing the acoustic guitar.  He enjoyed worshiping with other believers at Lakewood Independent Methodist Church.  Donny honorably served our country in the US Army and later in the Mississippi Army National Guard.

Memorial service plans are private and will be officiated by Rev. Bob Cannizzaro.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Ledford; daughters, Brandi Ledford of Columbus, OH and Brittany Ledford of Austin, TX; mother, Shirley Ledford of Grenada; father, Daniel "Sonny" Ledford of Plant City, FL and a host of aunts and cousins.
