Mrs. Dorothy Olene Little, 84, of Grenada, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Merit Health Central in Jackson.  She was born May 16, 1936 in Carroll County to Joe William and Opal Laverne Byrd Ezell.  Mrs. Little was a devoted homemaker and was a wonderful loving wife, mother and grandmother.  A model pastor's wife, her personality allowed her to never meet a stranger and be a witness to others for Jesus Christ.  She was a member of Mission Baptist Church in Winona and had diligently worked alongside her husband in his ministry during their 64 year marriage.  While we find comfort in knowing she is at home with her Savior, her death leaves a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved her.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Carroll County with Rev. Reidis Nash officiating.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Rev. Billy Little; one daughter, Lisa Little Pickle(Jeff) of Carroll County; two sons, Dennis Little(Pat) and Trent Little(Brigette), both of Carroll County; two sisters, Sue Jennings(Ned) of Charleston and Brenda Ezell of Carroll County; seven grandchildren, Cassi Carter, Blake Pickle, Chelsea Mims, Brent Mulvihill, Stan Mulvihill, Lance Mitchell and Libby Cunningham; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joseph Lynn Ezell.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Carter, Jason Hill, Troye Mims, Lance Mitchell, Brent Mulvihill, Stan Mulvihill, Blake Pickle and Jeff Pickle.

Memorials may be directed to Gideons International, Blair Batson Children's Hospital in Jackson or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.
