Mrs. Dorothy Marie Bailey Moore, 83, of Leflore, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.  She was born October 16, 1938 in the Leflore community to George Robert and Oweda Thompson Bailey.  Dorothy worked for many years at Pennaco Hosiery in Grenada and then retired from Fred's in Grenada.  She was a member of Leflore Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Rev. Lanny Haley officiating.  Interment will follow in the Leflore Cemetery.  Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service Wednesday at McKibben & Guinn.

Survivors include her husband, James E. Moore; son, Randy Edward Moore of Holcomb; sister, Lallie Fly of Holcomb; brother, John Robert Bailey of Grenada; grandson, Corey Smith(Cassie) of Grenada; and three great-grandchildren, Braxton, Charley and Benjamin Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Cathron Neal and three brothers, Leroy, James and Bobby Bailey.

Pallbearers will be Don Bailey, Scotty Bailey, Greg Moore, Jeffrey Moore, Robert Moore, Braxton Smith, Charley Smith and Benjamin Smith.
