Mr. Doyle Ray Alldread, 86, of Grenada, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026, at his daughter’s residence. Doyle was born on May 15, 1940, in Duck Hill to Ben and Lucille Bennett Alldread. He proudly served in the Mississippi Army National Guard and was a member of American Legion Post 52 in Winona.

Doyle spent much of his early career in California, working as a salesman for Anaconda Wire & Cable. In the early 1990s, he returned home to Mississippi and began a new chapter in Grenada. He went on to enjoy another 20 years in sales with Kirk Auto Company, where he built many friendships through his work. Away from work, Doyle enjoyed traveling to Talladega to watch the races and taking part in Civil War reenactments. He attended Eskridge Baptist Church.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 16, 2026 at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery near Duck Hill.

Survivors include two daughters, Balinda Lancaster(Paul) and Lisa Magee, both of Duck Hill; sons, Bob Alldread of Hermosa Beach, CA and Heath Alldread of Grenada; brother, Sam Alldread of Grenada; nine grandchildren, Rachel Delmatier, James Agoff, Shane Magee, Haley Graham, Hannah Duesman, Amber Alldread, Johnny Alldread, Anthony Alldread and Max Alldread; and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Connie Lynn Alldread; sisters, Martha Greenslade and Ellen Stafford and brothers, Ed and Phillip Alldread.
