Mr. Earl Rudolph Gilpin, Jr., 71, of Grenada, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at his residence. He was born July 11, 1946 in Memphis to Earl Rudolph, Sr. and Christine Cox Gilpin. He was a retired respiratory therapist.

A private family memorial service will be held in North Carolina at a later date.

Survivors include three daughters, Amanda Provine of Grenada, Elizabeth Surrette of Greenwood and Vanessa Rayburn of Water Valley; two sons, Daniel Gilpin of Trinity, NC and Matthew Gilpin of Newland, NC; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son James Earl Gilpin.
