Mr. James Frank Shuffield, 94, of Grenada, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in Grenada.  He was born in Hattiesburg and was raised in Itta Bena and Grenada.  Frank joined the US Navy in 1944 and honorably served our country until his retirement in 1965.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the Woodlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Eugene Heimbach officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Shuffield; two daughters, Patricia Spraberry(Robert) of Duck Hill and Annette McCluney(Larry) of Greenwood; two sons, Jimmy Shuffield(Susie) and Robert Shuffield(Virginia) all of Grenada; two step-daughters, Angel Blakely of Winona and Rebecca Hodges(Mitch) of Grenada; six grandchildren, Robbie Parks, Ashley Parks, Meagan Parker, Andrew Shuffield, Forrest Shuffield and Reid Shuffield; two step-grandchildren, Blake and Delta Grace Hodges; five great-grandchildren, Drew Parks, Elizabeth Parks, Martie Parks Byars, Zachary Parks and Kadee Parks; and five great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Barbara Roberts Shuffield.
