Frankie Lou Morris Howell, 96, of Americus, died Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Magnolia Manor. A native of Lyons, she was born July 9, 1922 to the late John M. Morris and Clara Lee White Morris and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Americus, GA.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 31, 2018 at Grenada Memorial Gardens under the direction of McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.

Survivors include a daughter and a son-in-law: Sheryl Briscoe and her husband George of Lipan, TX; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Corbett and Liz Howell of Americus, and James Howell of Alexandria, LA; a sister, Juanita Pike of Americus; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Corbett Howell, Sr.; daughter, Clara Alverson; son, Morris Howell; and a sister, Leda Mae Bloodworth.
