Mr. William Gayle Marlow, 63, of Duck Hill, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022 at his residence.  He was born April 28, 1959 in Eupora to William Brandon and Lillie Wauwece Neal Marlow.  Gayle spent most of his working life as an electrician having worked in a variety of settings from Heatcraft, Entergy and also working offshore for Pride International and Marine Drilling.  He also worked for a number of years at H&H Construction.  While he took much pride in his work, his primary focus was always his family.  In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing the guitar.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Rev. Gary Tatum officiating.  Interment will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service Wednesday all at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Marlow; three sons, Neal Marlow, Lee Marlow(Shana) and Kerry Marlow(Ashley); four sisters, Billie Garner(William Lee), Peggy Brister(Roger), Carolyn Hodges(Jack) and Sheila Newsom(Mike); and five grandchildren, Leah Marlow, Brice Marlow, Mary Kathryn Marlow, Will Marlow and Molly Ruth Marlow.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Glenda Mitchell and Becky Hamilton and two brothers, Johnny Marlow and Claude Marlow.

Pallbearers will be Neal Marlow, Lee Marlow, Kerry Marlow, Cade Marlow, Kevin Marlow and Michael Newsom.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Ralph Alexander, Randy Mitchell and Rich Hodges.
