Mrs. Hannelore Burge, 89, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Providence Assisted Living.  She was born June 21, 1936 in Germany to Heinrich and Helen Jung.  

Hannelore will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.

Survivors include her son, Bernhard Burge of Seymour, TN; sister, Rita James of Grenada; three granddaughters, Shelly Branom, Erika Burge and Chelsea Burge; five great-grandchildren, Vivienne Branom, Savannah Branom, Lola Branom, Maverick Burge and Luna Burge; nieces, Angela Martin of Grenada and Christine James of Jackson; and a nephew, Frank James of Grenada.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert A. Burge; and a son, Michael R. Burge.
