Mrs. Hazel Ann Garrett, 82, of Gore Springs, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023 in Grenada. She was born September 12, 1940 in Ellisville to Louis Edward and Katherine Ester Montgomery Clark. She worked as an LPN at Bolivar County Hospital in Cleveland. She was a member of the Grenada Church of God of Prophecy.

Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at McKibben & Guinn Funeral Service.

Survivors include her husband, James Garrett; 2 daughters, Ginger Asbury of Gore Springs and Stephanie Smith; sons, Richard Washburn of Louisiana, James Garrett, Jr. and Bobby Clark both of Southaven; 11 grandchildren, Jessica Washburn, Chris Washburn, Courtney Garrett, Trey Garrett, Chucky Forbes, Meagan Clark, Matt Clark, Melanie Ingle, Valeria Ingle, James Bell and Terri Page; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Katherine Kappell of Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Tammy Washburn; one sister, Flora Ferguson; and two brothers, Lewis Clark and Loyd Clark.
