Mrs. Ida Paulette Carver, 60, of Holcomb, passed away January 4, 2016 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born September 13, 1955 in Waynesboro to William Eugene and Naullene Rainey Richardson. She was an active member of Holcomb United Methodist Church where she enjoyed Bible study, being part of the United Methodist Women and serving as a Sunday school teacher.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 9, 2016 from the Chapel of McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Rev. Rick Shepherd and Rev. Ricky Reece officiating. Interment will follow in the Sparta Cemetery near Holcomb. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband Darrell Carver of Holcomb and two sisters, Dianne Hadley of Arkansas and Karen Olsen of St. Louis, MO.
