Mrs. Irene Hyde Herman, 97, of Duck Hill, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 at her residence.  She was born March 29, 1923 in Coffeeville to Robert Willis and Fannie Irene Spearman Hyde.  Irene was a devoted homemaker and a member of Duck Hill Baptist Church.

Irene's remains will be laid to rest with her family in the Coffeeville Cemetery.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include her son, Benjamin Herman, III of New York, NY; sister, Katherine Schwartz of Memphis, TN and six nephews and nieces in Mississippi, Tennessee and North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, B.F. Herman, Jr. and four brothers, R.W., Zach, Dan and Kenneth Hyde.
