Obituary
Jeff Mann, 54, formerly of Grenada passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at his home in Gainesville, Georgia. Jeff served as a deacon at the Van Dorn Street church of Christ in Grenada. He then worshipped at Northeast Georgia Church of Christ in Cleveland, Ga. Jeff loved the Lord and was a faithful servant. The fruits of his labor are evident in the world today. He loved watching and discussing college football with his buddies. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 30, 2022 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada. Interment will follow in the Oddfellows Cemetery in Grenada. Family and friends will gather from 12:00 noon until service time Saturday at McKibben and Guinn.
Jeff is survived by his parents, Billy and Jessie Mann of Duck Hill, MS; his wife of 34 years, Christy Mann; daughter Jade Irwin (Marty) of Gainesville, GA; son, Lee Mann of Cleveland, Georgia; grandchildren, Jenna, Henry and Ben who affectionately called him Gump; brother, Jay Mann (Melinda) of Okolona, MS; sister, Jan Jimerson (Ron) of Missouri; mother-in-law, Vickie Long of Duck Hill; sister-in-law, Melanie Mitchell; and a host of dearly loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Jay Mann, Kevin Garner, Scott Garner, Shane Jones, Marty Irwin, and Ben Blair. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Nail and Charles Blair.
