Mrs. Anna Jenelle Hill Martin Geiger, 91, of Grenada, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Providence Assisted Living in Grenada. She was born October 9, 1927 in Scobey, MS to Earl and Belle Pollan Hill. She was a retired cafeteria manager from Jones Road Public School where she loved working around children for over 30 years. She was an avid gardener of both vegetables and beautiful flowers in her yard even into her mid to late 80's. She enjoyed cooking and was known for her wonderful dishes. If she had met you once, you could be assured of a hug, kiss or both every time she saw you from then on. She loved her God, her church, First Baptist Church of Grenada where she was a faithful member for over 65 years & her children.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 4, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Grenada with Dr. John Boler and Dr. Jim Nunnelee officiating. Interment will follow in the Grenada Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until service time Thursday at First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her three children, Steve (Sharon) Martin of Missouri City, TX, Donna (David) Smith of Inverness, MS, and Stan (Marie) Martin of Grenada, MS; one sister, Agnes Tribble of Grenada, MS; eight grandchildren and their spouses, Brady Smith and Martin (Kristen) Smith of Inverness, MS, Scott Dale, Robby Dale and Trisha Milazzo of Missouri City, TX, Kayla (Grady) Carter of Oxford, MS, Adrian Martin and Tori Martin of Grenada, MS; seven great-grandchildren, Maisy and Luke Smith, Tyler and Taylor Milazzo, Tamra Flynn, Cameron Dale and Trista Martin; one great-great-grandchild, Henleigh Flynn; and a host of step-children and their families whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Shirley Raymond Martin; her second husband, James T. Geiger, whom she enjoyed 16 years of marriage with following Mr. Martin's death; two sisters, Earline Hill and Kathryn Harrison; four brothers, Johnny Hill, J.B. Hill, Earl Hill, Jr., and Charles Hill.

Pallbearers will be Brady Smith, Martin Smith, Adrian Martin, Grady Carter, Robby Dale and Brian Thompson.

Memorials may be directed to First Baptist Church – Grenada.
