Mrs. Jennie Ellen Wiggington Blair, 71, of Grenada, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2023 at her residence.  She was born March 3, 1952 in Caruthersville, MO to John Henry and Syble Irene Campbell Wiggington.  Jennie enjoyed a long career in service to others working as a Licensed Practical Nurse.  She was a skilled artist and enjoyed drawing and painting.  Above all, she enjoyed working outside in her yard and growing beautiful flowers – a pastime she referred to as "dirt therapy".

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 24, 2023 at the Woodlawn Memorial Park with Bro. Charles Blair officiating.

Survivors include her husband, David Blair; daughter, Bethany Blair of Harmontown; two sons, David Blair(Gaylane) of Vardaman and Owen Blair(Liz) of Grenada; step-daughter, Beverly Waters(Rodney) of Grenada; sister, Joan Williams of Grenada; brother, John A. Wiggington of Greenville; two grandchildren, Connor Blair of Water Valley and Grace Blair of Grenada and two step-grandchildren, Hannah Martin(Grant) of Hernando and Landon Waters of Grenada.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles Wiggington.

Pallbearers will be Connor Blair, David Blair, David Blair, Jr., Owen Blair, Landon Waters and Rodney Waters will honor Jennie by serving as pallbearers and carry her to rest in the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
