Ms. Jennifer Renee Lamkin Dickson, age 47, of Grenada, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi in Oxford.  She was born February 21, 1974 to John D. and Mary Long Lamkin.  Jennifer had a servant's heart and loved her time she spent working as a nurse and teacher. Jennifer was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.  Jennifer loved singing, Grenada Charger football, and cheering on her beloved Ole Miss Rebels. Jennifer's greatest joys were her children and her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 15, 2021 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. Eugene Heimbach and Rev. Barry Worrell officiating.  Interment will follow in the Oddfellows Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Friday evening and one hour prior to the service Saturday all at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include her sons, Hunter Dickson of Grenada; Jacob Dickson(Sydnie) of Grenada; and John Conner Dickson of Grenada; granddaughter, Rylee Dickson; mother, Mary Lamkin; and brother Dwayne Lamkin (Martha) of Grenada. A nephew Tyler Lamkin (Sarah) of Grenada, MS and a niece Emily Lamkin of Grenada, MS. Although Jennifer had no biological sisters, she is survived by her sisters by heart, Shannon Cobb (Troy) of Hattiesburg, MS; Charlene Dawson (Gary) of Duck Hill, MS; and Marie Brown of Grenada, MS.

She was preceded in death by Dwayne Dickson; her father John D. Lamkin; grandparents Harvey and Stella Lamkin; and Rev. Wilson and Pansy Long.

Pallbearers will be J.D. Costilow, Hunter Dickson, Jacob Dickson, John Conner Dickson, Glen Green and Tyler Lamkin.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Gideons to purchase Bibles or to Blair Batson Children's Hospital in Jackson.
