Mr. Jeremy Mitchell Orear, 37, of Scobey, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 at his residence. He was born August 5, 1981 in Tupelo. He was a graduate of Houston High School and enjoyed reading and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, October 18, 2018 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada. Interment will follow in the Wayside Cemetery at Scobey. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time Thursday at McKibben and Guinn.

Survivors include his mother, Ann Harbin(Clovis) of Scobey; two sisters, Chelle Orear of Scobey and Amber Newton of Grantville, GA; one brother, Jon Orear (Brooklyn) of Grenada; and his grandmother, Sarah Riley of Winfield, AL.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Mitchell Orear and his grandparents, Joyce Griffin, L.C. Orear, Andre Riley and Modie Mae Harbin.
