Mrs. Emily Josephine Pugh, 75, of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona. She was born November 3, 1950 in Kosciusko to Neely Allen and Colelia Spears Allen. Affectionately known as “Jo”, she worked for a number of years at Mississippi Industries for the Blind.

Memorial service plans are private.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Tullos(Timothy) of Carrollton and two granddaughters, Layla and Lexie.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Pugh; son, Billy Joe “Bo” Pugh and a brother, Ronnie Allen.
