Obituary
Marilyn Joan (Joann) Johnson 83 passed away January 9, 2023 peacefully at her residence at Providence Assisted Living in Grenada MS.
Ms. Johnson resided in Memphis TN for 38 years before moving to Grenada MS.
Ms. Johnson was born November 8, 1939 in Prospect Ohio. She worked as a medical and dental clerk for 40 years. She was an avid bowler. She played for 20 years in the Primetime League and then in the senior league Touch of Class. She played in many national tournaments. She also loved to garden and to cook which she loved to share with everyone.
Ms. Johnson is survived by her sister, Charlotte Kay Morrison of Urbana Ohio and brother, Harold Leroy (Butch) Biggerstaff of Delaware Ohio, nephew, John Morrison and niece, Tiffany Marshall and a bonus daughter and caregiver, Pam Sweet.
She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Jeannette Biggerstaff and father Harold Arthur Biggerstaff.
There will be a private memorial service for family when she finishes her final journey back home to Ohio.
