Mr. John Lance Bentley, 74, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the North Mississippi Medical Center – Tupelo.  He was born November 8, 1946 in Harvey, IL to Robert Kingsley and Helen Bloom Bentley.  He had spent most of his working life in retail sales and was a NASCAR enthusiast.

A private graveside service will be held at the Elliott Cemetery with Bro. Curry Little officiating.

Survivors include two daughters, Shelly Kennedy(Billy) and Bobbie Jacks(Michael) all of Grenada; two brothers, Paul Bentley(Carol) and Roger Bentley(Jan) of Illinois; five grandchildren, Nicholas Kennedy, Ashley Pinter, Alisha Keys, Morgan Lewis and Hannah Grace Jacks; and eleven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Devin Kennedy.
