Mr. John Thomas Hodges, Sr., 69, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2017 at his residence. He was born April 19, 1948 in Grenada to John Silas and Minnie Hill Hodges. He had worked in sales most of his life and was an avid fisherman.
A gathering to celebrate his life will take place from 10:00 AM until 12:00 noon Saturday, August 26, 2017 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Bertha Mae Hodges of Grenada; son, John Thomas Hodges, Jr. and his wife, Angela of Grenada; two grandsons, John Thomas Hodges, III and Coulton Clark Hodges, both of Grenada; one sister, Minnie Jean McAlpine of Mathiston; and four brothers, Allen Hodges of Grenada, Frank Hodges of Houlka, Bob Hodges of Eupora and Willie Hodges of Eupora..
He was preceded in death by his parents.
